This results in a significant reduction in both capital and operational expenditures, aligning seamlessly with the true universal metro paradigm. Compliant with Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) CE2.0 standards for Ethernet and IP/MPLS, the ACX Series offers high capacity, scalability, and a secure packet optical transport layer, ensuring industry-leading performance across various port densities and interface types.
The ACX1100, a compact and environmentally hardened 1U router, boasts a fixed configuration of eight copper GbE 10/100/1000 Mbps interfaces and four GbE copper/fiber combination ports, delivering 60 Gbps performance with programmability. Its fanless passive cooling system makes it particularly well-suited for external cabinet or tower installations.
