The Juniper Networks AP21 Access Point is a high-performance wireless access solution supporting 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi and featuring patented virtual Bluetooth LE technology. Operating in conjunction with the Juniper Mist cloud architecture powered by Mist AI, the AP21 efficiently collects and analyzes metadata in near real-time from all wireless clients, enabling rapid problem detection and proactive correction for applications such as self-driving networks.
With a dynamic vBLE 16-element antenna array, the AP21 provides industry-leading location services, including User Engagement, Asset Visibility, and Contact Tracing applications, all without the need for battery-powered BLE beacons and manual calibration. Boasting two 802.11ac Wave 2 radios delivering up to 867 Mbps in the 5GHz band and up to 400 Mbps in the 2.4GHz band, the AP21 ensures high-performance wireless access.
It seamlessly integrates with the Juniper Mist cloud architecture, automatically connecting, downloading configurations, and continuously scanning the airspace for threats and interference, demonstrating its commitment to delivering reliable and efficient wireless networking solutions.
