With a bidirectional throughput of up to 16 Tbps and 2.7 billion packets per second (bpps), it excels in handling substantial data loads. The use of breakout cables further enhances its versatility, allowing an expansion to 72 supported 100/25/10GbE ports per switch. The QFX5130-48C introduces a noteworthy advancement in port density by supporting 100GbE ports with the SFP-DD form factor, optimizing space in a standard 1U box while minimizing power consumption.
Equipped with an 82 MB shared packet buffer, dynamically allocated to congested ports, it effectively prevents congestion and packet drops.
