The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 is a 2-socket 2U rack server that is excellent for small to large businesses that want industry-leading reliability, management, and security while also maximizing performance and flexibility for future expansion. The SR650 server features Intel's second-generation Xeon Processor Scalable Family (Xeon SP Gen 2), which provides scalable performance, storage capacity, and I/O expansion. The SR650 server supports up to two processors and 3 TB of RAM, as well as up to 24 2.5-inch or 14 3.5-inch drive bays with a wide range of drive technologies and versatile I/O expansion options, including a LOM slot, a dedicated storage controller slot, and up to 6x rear PCIe extension slots.
