NetApp FAS6240 Series Storage Information:

The FAS6200 interacts with NetApp's leading flash portfolio, allowing you to place flash where you need it: in controllers, arrays, and servers. Without re-architecting your storage, the FAS6200 gives you the flexibility to meet changing application requirements.

The 64-bit Data ONTAP 8 operating system, as well as the 24 cores and 96GB of memory, are fully utilized by the FAS6240. The FAS6240 supports a raw capacity of 4320TB and can use up to 1440 disks. The FAS6240 offers up to 6TB of Flash Cache and 96GB of memory. The scalability is nearly limitless with 24 PCIe Expansion Slots and support for FC, FCoE, IP SAN (iSCSI), NFS, CIFS, HTTP, and FTP.
